PE CLASSES

For the 2023-2024 school year, we will offer a PE Class for students 5 to 14 years old.

Classes will meet on Wednesdays, 9:30am to 11:00am starting Sept. 6, 2023. First semester ends Nov. 29th. Second semester will run Jan. 17 - Apr 17, 2024.

PE classes will teach the fundamentals of various health/fitness activities.

Our coaches would like to give participants a basic knowledge of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. This includes learning team building skills, game strategies, and reviewing the fundamentals and rules of several physical activities.
